After being acquired by Louis T Collection, an innovative new hospitality and building solutions company, the Mantra management team understood that in order to make the hotel a new success, they needed the right software to power it. Mantra had previously been using a property management system which, although cloud-based, was limited in its functionality and reporting capabilities. This created the need for a flexible and modern hotel PMS, leading them to choose Frontdesk Anywhere. After one year of using Frontdesk Anywhere, the hotels occupancy has reached new heights while increasing its ADR significantly.
The Louis T Collection went through a rigorous selection process, evaluating several dozen PMS options before finally making a decision.
